Minimum Vereistes:
- Toepaslike B- graad in Menslike Hulpbronne Bestuur of ekwivalent;
- 3 jaar toepaslike ondervinding in menslike hulpbronne (opvolgbeplanning, talent pyplyn, werwing en opleiding);
- 2 jaar ondervinding in werwing en keuring in die landbou sektor sal tot voordeel strek;
- Geldige rybewys.
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede;
- Goeie organisasie vaardighede;
- Probleemoplossingsvaardighede;
- Beïnvloedingsvaardighede;
- Kreatiewe denke.

Main purpose of the position:
Identifying, retaining and developing talent internally and externally. Ensure adequate talent and effective talent management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant B.- degree in Human Resources or equivalent;
- 3 years’ experience in the human resources field; (succession planning, talent pipeline/s, recruitment and training);
- 2 years’ experience in recruitment and selection in the agricultural sector will be an advantage;
- Valid driver’s license.
