MARKANALISE

Die vierde veiling van die somerseisoen 2024 het op die 15de en die 16de April in Port Elizabeth plaas gevind. OVK het 64 106 kg aangebied waarvan 99.3% verkoop is. Goeie kwaliteit individuele skeersels was aangebied. RMS gesertifiseerde bokhaar het goeie kompetisie uitgelok tussen kopershuise. Die nasionale mark aanwyser het met 1% gedaal om te sluit op R401.17/kg. OVK se markaanwyser het gesluit op R403.11/kg, wat hoër is as die nasionale markaanwyser. Kleinbokkie haar, jongbokhaar en sterk grootbokhaar was onveranderd. Fyn grootbokhaar daal met 1%.

Die hoogste Bin prys op OVK en openbare veiling:

OVK het weereens goed presteer met die hoogste bin prys op veiling wat verkoop het vir R797/kg vir ‘n baal BSFFK van 23.9 mikron. Die produsente in hierdie lot was: ELRU Farming (PTY) LTD, AG Louw, MS Shires en Rensie van Rensburg Familie Trust. Die koper was Stucken & Co.

Die hoogste Produsente baal op die OVK veiling:

OVK produsente lotte het goed presteer met die beste prys van R800/kg vir ‘n baal BSFFK van 22.8 mikron. Die produsent vir hierdie baal is Die Evert Familie Trust van Rietbron. Die koper was Stucken & Co.

MARKVOORUITSIGTE

Die vyfde veiling van die 2024 somer seisoen vind plaas op die 30ste April 2024. Pryse behoort teen huidige vlakke te verhandel. So berig Gerrit van Heerden, Bokhaar Bestuurder. Kontak hom by 082 854 8604.

OVK bied voorskotte op vesel wat by ons gelewer word, asook produksielenings.  Skakel gerus die OVK Veselkantoor in Port Elizabeth of u Tegniese Veldbeampte vir meer inligting. Vind ook meer uit oor die opwindende nuwe kommissiestruktuur op vesel bemark deur OVK. Produsente word ook herinner aan die lojaliteitskema van OVK, waar boere beloon word met 35 sent vir elke kilogram vesel wat deur OVK bemark word.

MARKET ANALYSIS

The fourth auction of the summer season 2024 took place on the 15th and 16th of April in Port Elizabeth. OVK offered 64 106 kg, of which 99.3% was sold. Good quality individual clips were offered. RMS certified mohair sparked good competition among buyers. The national market indicator decreased by 1% to close at R401.17/kg. OVK's market indicator closed at R403.11/kg, which is higher than the national market indicator. Kid mohair, young goat mohair, and strong adult mohair remained unchanged. Fine adult mohair decreased by 1%.

The highest Bin price at OVK and public auction:

OVK once again performed well with the highest Bin price at auction, selling for R797/kg for a bale of BSFFK of 23.9 microns. The producers in this lot were ELRU Farming (PTY) LTD, AG Louw, MS Shires, and Rensie van Rensburg Family Trust. The buyer was Stucken & Co.

MARKET OUTLOOK
