Administratiewe ondersteuning, ontleding en opleiding aan bedryfspunte en streekskantoor.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Graad 12 met rekeningkunde;
- Toepaslike rekeningkundige/finansiele kwalifikasie voordelig;
- 2 – 3 jaar ondervinding in ‘n agri handelsomgewing;
- Geldige rybewys;
- Goeie kennis van Automate, Infogro en I-Fuel;
- Kennis van voorraad en bate kontrolering.
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Syfervaardig;
- Goeie organisasie vermoë;
- Moet onder druk kan funksioneer;
- Moet vertroulikheid kan handhaaf;
- Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede;
- Objektiwiteit en konsenkwentheid.
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Uitvoer van takinspeksies;
- Bied ondersteuning aan bestuur en voorsien bestuurshulpmiddels;
- Verskaf ondersteuning aan bedryfspunte;
- Opstel en byhou van administrasie en rekeningkundige take.
Main purpose of the position:
To provide administrative support, analysis and training to cost centers and the Regional Offices.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 with Accounting;
- An appropriate accounting/financial qualification will be an advantage;
- 2 – 3 years experience in an agri trade environment;
- Valid drivers license;
- Working knowledge of Automate, Infogro and I-Fuel;
- Knowledge of stock and asset management.
Skills:
- Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Good numerical ability;
- Good organisational skills;
- Must be able to thrive under pressure;
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality;
- The ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;

Responsibilities:
- Conduction of branch inspections;
- Provide ongoing support to management as well as the provision of tools and resources;
- Provide support to cost centers;
- Maintenance of administration and accounting tasks.
