SYBOKHAARMARKVERSLAG/MOHAIR MARKET REPORT S01 - 2022

MARKANALISE

Op die eerste sybokhaar veiling van 2022 Somerseisoen, is 62 341 kg in totaal aangebied waarvan 97% verkoop is. Alhoewel die aanbod  'n klein hoeveelheid was, was daar goeie mededinging tussen kopershuise. RMS gesertifiseerde bokhaar het goeie kompetisie uitgelok. Kleinbokkiehaar het met 2% gestyg met 'n markaanwyser van R648.17 / kg. Jongbokhaar het met 8% gestyg en die markaanwyser sluit op R519.35 / kg. Fyn grootbokhaar styg met 7% met 'n markaanwyser van R413.57 / kg. Sterk grootbokhaar styg met 2% en die markaanwyser sluit op R334.60 / kg. Vergeleke die laaste Winter veiling van 2021, het die algehele markaanwyser 3% hoër gesluit op R415.27 / kg. OVK het 'n goeie veilingsgemiddeld van R447.72 / kg behaal. OVK Bins het weer, soos in die 2021 Winterseisoen, uitstekend verkoop met die hoogste bin prys van R740 / kg, wat ook hierdie veiling se hoogste binprys was vir alle makelaars. Die hoogste prys op die veiling is behaal deur Etienne Terblanche Trust, 'n OVK kliënt van Aberdeen, vir 'n baal BSFFK. Die baal toets 24 mikron met 'n goeie styl en karakter en die koper was Suedwolle Groep. OVK is baie trots op sy kliënte en waardeer hulle ondersteuning en vertroue.

MARKVOORUITSIGTE

Met ‘n goeie kwaliteit bokhaaraanbieding op die volgende veiling, behoort daar goeie kompetisie tussen kopershuise te wees.  Die tweede Sybokhaar veiling van die Somer 2022 seisoen, vind plaas op 1 Maart 2022. So berig Gerrit van Heerden, Sybokhaarbestuurder. 082 854 8604.

OVK bied voorskotte op vesel wat by ons gelewer word, asook produksielenings.  Skakel gerus die OVK Veselkantoor in Port Elizabeth of u Tegniese Veldbeampte vir meer inligting. Vind ook meer uit oor die opwindende nuwe kommissiestruktuur op vesel bemark deur OVK. Produsente word ook herinner aan die lojaliteitskema van OVK, waar boere beloon word met 23.9 sent vir elke kilogram vesel wat deur OVK bemark word.

MARKET ANALYSIS

A total of 62 341 kg was on offer on the first mohair auction of 2022 Summer season of which 97% was sold. Although the offering was small, there was good competition between buyers. RMS certified mohair attracted good competition. Kid mohair increased by 2% with a market indicator of R648.17 / kg. Young goat mohair increased by 8% and the market indicator closed at R519.35 / kg. Fine adult mohair increased by 7% with a market indicator of R413.57 / kg. Strong adult mohair increased by 2% and the market indicator closed at R334.60 / kg. Compared to the last auction of the 2021 Winter season, the overall market indicator closed 3% higher at R415.27 / kg. OVK achieved a good auction average of R447.72 / kg. As during the 2021 Winter season, OVK Bins again sold excellently well with the highest bin price of R740 / kg, which was also the highest bin price on this auction for all brokers. The highest price was achieved by Etienne Terblanche Trust, an OVK client from Aberdeen, for a bale BSFFK. The bale tested 24 microns with good style and character and the buyer was Suedwolle Group. OVK is very proud of their producers and appreciates their support and trust.

MARKET OUTLOOK
