MARKANALISE

Die vierde veiling van die 2024 winterseisoen het op 22 Oktober 2024 in Port Elizabeth plaasgevind, met 126 381kg op aanbod, waarvan 90% van die hand gesit is. Die aanbieding het bestaan uit hoë kwaliteit bokhaar waarvan 85% RMS gesertifiseerd was. Die Rand het effens swakker teenoor die Dollar verhandel in vergelyking met die vorige veiling. Nie alle kopershuise was aktief tydens die veiling nie en die twee groter kopershuise het die grootste gedeelte van die aanbieding gekoop.

Die hoogste Bin prys op OVK veiling:

OVK bins het goed presteer met die hoogste bin prys van R661/kg vir ‘n baal BSFFK van 25.3 mikron. Die produsente in hierdie bin was: R. Fourie, A. Barnardt en NM Dodds. Die koper was Samil PTY LTD.

Die hoogste Produsente baal op die OVK veiling:

Die hoogste produsente baal op die OVK veiling was ‘n baal BSFFK van 26.2 mikron. Die produsent was MI Lord van Hofmeyr. Hierdie baal het verkoop het vir R730/kg. Die koper was VBC. OVK is trots op ons produsente en waardeer hul lojale ondersteuning.

MARKVOORUITSIGTE

Die vyfde veiling van die 2024 winterseisoen vind plaas op 5 November 2024. So berig Gerrit van Heerden, Bokhaar Bestuurder. Kontak hom by 082 854 8604.

OVK bied voorskotte op vesel wat by ons gelewer word, asook produksielenings.  Skakel gerus die OVK Veselkantoor in Port Elizabeth of u Tegniese Veldbeampte vir meer inligting. Vind ook meer uit oor die opwindende nuwe kommissiestruktuur op vesel bemark deur OVK. Produsente word ook herinner aan die lojaliteitskema van OVK, waar boere beloon word met 35 sent vir elke kilogram vesel wat deur OVK bemark word.

The fourth sale of the 2024 winter season took place in Port Elizabeth on 22 October 2024, with 126 381 kg on offer of which 90% was sold. The offering consisted of good quality mohair of which 85% was RMS certified. The Rand traded slightly weaker against the US Dollar compared to the previous auction. Not all buying houses were active during the sale with the two largest buying houses purchasing the vast majority of the mohair that was sold.

Highest Bin Price at OVK Auction:

OVK bins once again achieved good prices with the highest bin price for a bale BSFFK of 25.3 micron. This bale was sold for R661/kg. The producers associated with this bin were: R. Fourie, A. Barnardt en NM Dodds. The buyer was Samil PTY LTD.
