MARKANALISE

Die vyfde sybokhaarveiling van die 2020 winter verkoopseisoen is vandag, die 10de November 2020, in Port Elizabeth aangebied. Daar was goeie belangstelling in al die tipes. Pryse het verder verstewig soos die veiling gevorder het. Pryse van kleinbokkiehaar het met 4.9% gestyg met 'n markaanwyser van R468.90/kg en 100.0% is verkoop; jongbokhaar styg met 9.0% en 'n markaanwyser van R275.24/kg en 'n verkoopspersentasie van 100.00%. Grootbokhaar styg met 2.0% met 'n markaanwyser van R197.71/kg en 82% is verkoop. Dit het die totale verkope op 89.9% te staan gebring met 'n markaanwyser van R266.57/kg wat 'n styging van 4.5% is. Die beste prys van die dag het aan OVK Pure Cape Bin gegaan wat R560.00/kg vir winter-tipe CSFFK van 23.3 mikron behaal het. Samil was die koper.

MARKVOORUITSIGTE

Die vooruitsig vir die komende veiling, wat ook 'n kleiner volume veiling gaan wees, is dat die pryse van saad-tipe haar steeds onder druk gaan verkeer, terwyl alle ander tipes op die huidige vlakke behoort te verhandel. Die volgende veiling word op die 24ste November 2020 in Port Elizabeth aangebied. So berig Etienne Bezuidenhout, OVK Sybokhaarbestuurder.

OVK bied voorskotte op vesel wat by ons gelewer word, asook produksielenings.  Skakel gerus die OVK Veselkantoor in Port Elizabeth of u Tegniese Veldbeampte vir meer inligting. Vind ook meer uit oor die opwindende nuwe kommissiestruktuur op vesel bemark deur OVK. Produsente word ook herinner aan die lojaliteitskema van OVK, waar boere beloon word met 23.9 sent vir elke kilogram vesel wat deur OVK bemark word.

MARKET ANALYSES

The fifth mohair auction of the 2020 winter sales season was held today, the 10th of November 2020, in Port Elizabeth. There was good interest in all the types. Prices further strengthened as the auction continued. Prices of kid mohair increased by 4.9% with a market indicator of R468.90/kg and 100.0% were sold; young goat mohair increased by 9.0% and a market indicator of R275.24/kg and a sales percentage of 100.00%. Adult mohair increased by 2.0% with a market indicator of R197.71/kg and 82% was sold. This brought the total sales to 89.9% with a market indicator of R266.57 / kg which is an increase of 4.5%. The best price of the day went to OVK Pure Cape Bin which achieved R560.00/kg for winter type CSFFK of 23.3 microns. Samil was the buyer.

MARKET OUTLOOK

The prospect for the upcoming auction, which will also be a smaller volume auction, is that prices of seed-type will still be under pressure, while all other types should trade at current levels.
