Kern doel van die pos:
Verhoog die winsgewendheid van OVK Groep en beperk risiko’s deur voldoende kontroles, maatreëls en beplanning t.o.v. die silo bedryfsafdeling.
Vereistes:
- Toepaslike B.Graad of Diploma in Landbou;
- 5 jaar bestuursondervinding;
- Graan agtergrond sal tot voordeel strek;
- Geldige rybewys.
Vaardighede:
- Goeie menseverhoudings;
- Interpersoonlike vaardighede;
- Goeie kommunikasie vaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Konflikhantering vaardighede;
- Onderhandelingsvaardighede;
- Gemotiveerd;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Begrotingsbestuur kennis;
- Leierskap vaardighede;
- Gedissiplineerd;
- Gemotiveerd.
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Effektiewe bestuur van bedryfsaktiwiteite;

Core purpose of the position:
To increase the profitability of the OVK Group and minimising of risks through the implementation of effective control measures and planning to effectively manage silo operations.
Requirements:
- Appropriate a B.Degree or Diploma in Agriculture;
- 5 years’management experience;
- Experience in grain environment will be beneficial;
- Valid drivers license.
