Kern doel van die pos:
Die instandhouding en herstel van masjienerie en toerusting vir Graan.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Graad 12;
- Toepaslike Aambag kwalifikasie (RED Seal Trade Test);
- 4 jaar toepaslike ondervinding (na-vakleerlingskap);
- Geldige rybewys.
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
- Deeglike kennis van beroepsveiligheid;
- Meganisasievaardighede;
- Liggaamlike vermoё om die werk te kan doen;
- Bereid om lang ure te werk;
- Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede;
- Moet in spanverband asook onafhanklik kan funksioneer.
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Nagaan en herstel van Silo toerusting;
- Geskeduleerde voorkomende onderhoud;
- Voldoening aan Veiligheidsregulasies;
- Byhou van administrasie.
Main purpose of the position:
The maintenance and repairs of machinery and equipment at the Silo’s.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12;
- Appropriate Trade qualification (RED Seal Trade Test);
- 4 years post apprenticeship experience;
- Valid drivers license.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and language proficiency in Afrikaans & English;
- Good knowledge of occupational health and safety;
- Mechanisation skills;
- Physical ability to perform the work;
- Willingness to work long hours;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- The ability to function in a team as well as independently.
Responsibilities:
- Checking and repairing of Silo equipment;
- Scheduled preventative maintenance;
- Compliance to safety regulations;
- General administration.
