Effektiewe hantering van alle administratiewe take met betrekking tot verwerking van Lesotho Wol en Bokhaar split sheets.
Minimum Vereistes:
- Graad 12;
- Twee jaar relevante ondervinding.
Vaardighede:
- Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Engels en Xhosa;
- Sotho sal voordelig wees;
- Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office);
- Akkuraatheid
- Goeie klientediens
- Uitstekende administrasie vaardighede;
Verantwoordelikhede:
- Verseker akkurate verweking van split sheets vir Lesotho Wol en Bokhaar ;
- Verseker akkurate administrasie van die katalogus en verkope verwerking;
- Effektiewe hantering van navrae van produsente;
- Daaglikse administratiewe ondersteuning, insluitend liasering met kliënte, banke en verenigings;
- Verserker FICA vereistes is in plek en korrek.
Effective handling of all administrative tasks relating to processing of Lesotho Wool and Mohair split sheets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12;
- Two years relevant experience;
Skills:
- Sound communication and language skills in English and Xhosa;
- Sotho would be an advantage;
- Computer literate (MS Office);
- Accuracy;
- Good customer service;
- Excellent administration skills;
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate processing of split sheets for Lesotho Wool and Mohair;
- Ensure accurate catalogue administration and sales processing;
- Effective handling of queries from producers;
- Daily administrative support, including liaising with clients, banks and associations;
- Ensure FICA requirements are in place and correct.
