CLERK ADMINISTRATION 

ELLIOT MAIZE 

Main purpose of the position: 

Execution of assigned responsibilities and effective handling of all administration within Elliot Maize. 

Minimum Requirements:              

• Grade 12


• 3 years administration experience 

Skills: 

• Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;


• Computer literate (MS Office);


• Good numerical ability


• Good interpersonal skills 

Responsibilities: 

• Delivering support to the Branch Manager by ensuring the effective management of administration


• Accurate handling of all reconciliations


• Maintenance of logistics and ad hoc tasks

• Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede 

Verantwoordelikhede: 

• Lewer algehele bystand aan Takbestuurder deur die effektiewe bestuur van administrasie


• Verseker akkurate hantering van alle rekonsiliasies


• Byhou van logistieke en ad hoc take
